A year

Posted by Ronak M Soni on September 27, 2010

September 27, 2009 is the day I started this blog, with a review of Albert Camus’s The Outsider (which, by the way, is the post that has garnered comments from the most number of people). Since then, I’ve published fifty-eight more essays (this is the sixtieth post) and got over six thousand visits, mainly from USA and India.

Interestingly, September 27th is also Google’s anniversary.

Well, I thank S M Rana and Literary Dreamer for commenting regularly.

Also, if you read my blog but don’t feel the need to comment, please do announce your presence as a comment to this post; it will be nice to know how many more people there are.

Finally, I ought to explain the subtitle to this blog.

People in the US and Canada can’t watch this video, what with it violating copyright and all (I personally think some concession must be given to the fact that I chose to begin and end it where I did, but that’s an issue for some other discussion), so here‘s a download link to it.

You’re very welcome. Also, since you encouraged me to write book reviews, you should check out my review of The Unabridged Journals of Sylvia Plath, if you haven’t already. Click here for the link.
